Preparation, thermoresponsive behavior, and preliminary biological study of functionalized poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-dopamine methacrylamide) copolymers with an organotin(IV) compound

چکیده
Recent advances focused on smart polymers have demonstrated the numerous advantages regarding other structures because they can adapt behavior depending physicochemical properties. In this way, functionalized thermoresponsive with organometallic complexes were profoundly analyzed. Consequently, novel catalytic systems or biomedical devices could be developed. This publication focuses facile preparation of poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-dopamine methacrylamide) copolymers triphenyltin chloride by protonolysis through –OH catechol groups. The presence hydrophobic organotin(IV) derivatives modify solubility, behavior, and properties pure copolymers. Also, sensitive analysis microstructure help to understand changes associated lower critical solution temperature rheology, UV–vis spectroscopy, calorimetry. addition, a preliminary biological study against MDA-MB-231 cancer cells peripheral blood mononuclear showed that potential platform explored in future fight cancer.
